1. Definitions
Welcome to the Xerpihan platform. PT Xerpihan Kata Digital ("Xerpihan", "We", "Us", "Our") provides AI-powered localization solutions and content operations. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- "Platform": The xerpihan.com website and all associated dashboards and APIs.
- "Aset Konten": Any digital materials (text, video, audio, images) uploaded or generated on the platform.
- "Layanan Manual": Services involving human linguists (translation, proofreading, subtitling).
2. Account & Membership
Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and current.
Enterprise Profiles
Enterprise users may undergo a verification process ("Verified Profile") to unlock advanced governance features. The PIC (Person in Charge) is responsible for all team activities within that workspace.
3. AI & Creative Center Terms
Our services utilize Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI technologies to assist in content production and market analysis.
Inputs & Outputs
You are solely responsible for the inputs (prompts) you provide. Xerpihan does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the results (outputs) generated by our AI systems.
AI Usage Rights
We grant you commercial usage rights for content generated through the Creative Center ("Forge", "Studio"), subject to compliance with applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain copyright of original materials you upload. You grant Xerpihan a non-exclusive license to use those materials solely for the purpose of processing your orders.
All technology, algorithms, UI design, and "Xerpihan Intelligence" methodologies are the exclusive property of PT Xerpihan Kata Digital.
5. Market Intelligence
The Market Intelligence service provides strategic insights based on public web data and social media metadata. These insights are statistical estimates and should not be considered binding financial or legal advice.
Scraping, automated extraction, or reselling raw data obtained from our intelligence reports without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
- 01Billing CyclesSubscriptions (Pro/Business) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- 02AI CreditsUnused AI Credits within a cycle may expire depending on the selected plan.
- 03Refund PolicyAll purchases are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XERPIHAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or if we detect suspicious activity on your account.
